Well before we get started we need to define what Historical Military Simulations are. A Historical “MilSim” is a game or event that is themed from a Historical point of view. For example, a World War 2 Normandy Invasion themed Historical MilSim event would require that the player or attendee have a period correct weapon and uniform for both sides. This also means theater (part of the world) correct as well. You would not see a Marine from the Pacific Theater during the year of 1944 at the Invasion of Normandy with the 82^nd or the 101^st Airborne. The same would go for the Germans as well; you would not see a Desert Trooper at Normandy. For weapons, you would not see a Japanese or Nazi Soldier with an AK-47 or an RPK. This is just basic common sense as to what you would do for a kit. Now we can start.
